Important: In addition to our lodge accommodation rates, all visitors to the Lake Natron Conservation Area must pay several mandatory fees regulated by the Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA). These fees are separate from your booking fees and are paid directly to the conservation authority.

Cancellations made 7 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are charged in full. We recommend travel insurance for your bookings.
Yes, pricing may increase by 15-20% during peak season (June-September and December-January). Low season discounts of up to 10% are available April-May and October-November. Contact us for current rates.
We accept bank transfers, mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money), and cash payments. A 30% deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the balance due 7 days before arrival.
Absolutely! We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance so our chef can prepare appropriate meals.
Yes, we can often accommodate extended stays subject to availability. Weekly stays receive a 5% discount, and monthly stays receive 10% discount. Contact us to arrange longer accommodations.
